Today I received a final notice from the PCI Compliance Service Department. Apparently my company is somehow a registered employer in San Francisco and must immediately comply with any out-of-date 2008 state and federal labor law notices with new 2009 notices. It say failure to do so may result in a fine of up to $17,000. Not sure what to make of this one but found it humorous non-the-less.
